Are you interested in high adventure trekking? This tour will take you into the beautiful Hamta Pass situated between Lahaul and Kullu. Explore the small villages of Sethan and Vashisht while enjoying yoga and meditation classes within the dense Himalayan forests and atop the mountains. 

This 10 day tour are for travelers and yogis that are interested in high altitude adventure trekking. We offer alternatives to the treks and those not interested in the long hikes can take a car to the nearby village of Sethan nestled within the mountains.

Detailed Day-to-Day Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival to Vashsiht

You will arrive in Manali by your own means. We welcome you there and organize your transfer to our family house in Vashisht.

You will have time to explore the village and will be introduced to your yoga and meditation instructor. In the evening you will have a freshly prepared diner by Padema and Ritu along with the rest of the family.

Day 2: Yoga and Short Trek

7 AM Yoga, Pranayama and asana practice for 2 hours.
After breakfast guided walk to Jogney Falls. These are beautiful waterfalls about an hour along the wall of the valley from Vashisht. These falls descend from high above and run into the Beas River below. Evening  we  will take meditation class .  Dinner. Night in family house or hotel.

Day 3: Yoga , Meditation and Temple Visit

7AM Yoga, Pranayama and asana practice for 2 hours.
After breakfast. Visit the village of Goshal, Old Manali and the beautiful Hadimba Temple.
Hadimba temple is about one km from Manali - it is very old and surrounded by the tall cedar pine trees on the edge of Dhungri village. According to legends, Bhima one of the Pandava brothers fell in love with an aboriginal woman named Hadimba, the sister of the local chief by the name of Hadimba and married her. In your own time you can take a rickshaw back to Vashisht. Dinner. Night in family house or hotel. Evening meditation class after Dinner.

Day 4: Trek to Sethan Village. 3 Hour Trek -2700 Mtrs

Short drive to Trekking point and trek to Sethan village which is 2700mtrs . It is nomadic village and people lives here seasonally. You will stay in family house which are simple and food will be cooked by family . Toilet Fascility will be Common for each room. In the evening will be pranayama mediation, dinner. Night at the family house.

Who don't want to do trek to Sethan village they can take vehicle to reach Sethan Village , transport cost will be extra as per group size .

Day 5: Trek to Chikka - 3500Mtrs Back to Sethan Village. 4-5 Hours

1 Hrs Gentle yoga in morning . After breakfast trek to Chikka with packed lunch . On arrival in Raulikholi we will do some mediattion in front of High mountain Deo Tibba 6001 meters /Indrasan and Hanuman Tibba. Evening back to Sethan Village. Gentle yoga before dinner. Camp fire. Night in family house.

Day 6: Yoga and Trek to Raulikholi Back to Sethan. 4-5  Hour walk

1 Hrs Gentle yoga in Morning. After breakfast, you will trek to Raulikholi with a packed lunch . On arrival to Raulikholi, you will do some meditation on the mountain. One can walk an additional 4000mtrs if so chooses to do so. If not, you may enjoy meditation classes back in Sethan Village.

Day 7: Yoga, Meditation and Back to Vashisht

Yoga will start at 7.30am until 9.30am. After late breakfast free walk till lunch . after lunch we drive you to vashisht. After lunch one can enjoy hot water bath after 4 days in mountain .

Day 8: Yoga, Meditation and Explore Village Life

7am Yoga, Pranayama and asana practice for 2 hours.
Free day for Massage/ Reiky/Visit Ayurvedic Tibetan doctor by own .

Day 9: Yoga, Meditation  and Visit Solang Village-13 Kms

Yoga will start at 7.30am until 9.30am. After breakfast we drive you to Solang, where you can paraglide, ride a horse  or just take a short walk around Kullu valley. After you may relax with more yoga and meditation and enjoy a good diner at the homestay.

Day 10: Yoga & Departure

Yoga will start at 7.30am - 9.30am. Today after breakfast, you will check out from the homestay. Transport will be provided.
