Detail Itinerary

Yoga / Meditation /Spiritual /Cultural Retreat

Region:   Rishikesh and Manali ( Vashisht)

Duration: 12 Days

Day 1:Arrival Delhi

You will be met at the airport by a member of our own staff and transferred to your hotel – Near Airportwith Swimming pool.

Day :2 Train to Rishikesh

Transfer to railway statio ,

Train to Haridwar Departure ---6.30 Am Shatabdi Express – AC Chair class

On arrivalin Haridwar ,drive to Rishikesh -25 KMS -30 Mmin drive . Check in the Hotel .

 Evening yoga class-1 Hrs

Day 3: Rishikesh

Yoga in Morning , free visit till lunch After Lunch Visittemple ,Ashram ,Raj Jhula and LAxman Jhula , 5.30 We will attend Evening Ganga Prayer in PArmarth Ashram. Back to Hotel . Night in Hotel

Day 4: Yoga in Rishikesh – OptionalRafting

Yoga in Morning, After Breakfast at free Day to explore Local maket , Massage , Ayurdeda doctor , Rafting in Ganga river is Optional if some One interested We need Minimum 5 person for rafting . Night in Rishikesh .

Day 5:Rishikesh to Manali—12 to 13 Hrs drive – 550 Kms

Early Breakfast We drive to Manali By Toyota Innova car , it will Take 12 to 13 Hrs to reach manali. On the way We will take simple Indian Lunch . Night in Vashisht.

Day 6 : Yoga and Joginiwater fall

Yoga in morning , After breakfasttrek to Jogini water fall, which are beautiful waterfalls about an hour along the wall of the valley from Vashist. These falls ascend from high above and run into the Beas River below.Latelunch ,  EveningMeditation or yoga .DinnerNight in Vashisht.

Day 7:Yoga Trek to Village walk

Yoga In Morning .After break fast trek to Village and temple visit By walk. Lunch out side In restaurant .  Free Visit in Market. Night in Vashisht.

Day 8: Yoga , Meditation and Temple Visit

7am Yoga, Pranayama and asana practice for 2 hours. Breakfast—9:30am. After breakfast . Visit the village ofGoshal , Old Manali and the beautiful Hadimba Temple. Hadimba temple is about one km from Manali - it is very old and surrounded by the tall cedar pine trees on the edge of Dhungri village. According to legends, Bhima one of the Pandava brothers fell in love with an aboriginal woman named Hadimba, the sister of the local chief by the name of Hadimba and married her. In your own time you can take a rickshaw back to Vashisht. Dinner. Night in family house or hotel. Evening we will take meditation class after Dinner.

Day 09: Yoga, Meditation and Explore Villages Life

7am Yoga, Pranayama and asana practice for 2 hours. Breakfast—9:30am.After breakfast you will have the opportunity to take a walk to Villages . We will walk up along the valley to three distinct villages that dot along the Beas River. We will visit the village of Burwa, Shanag and Goshal, stop for tea at a local family house. Dinner. Night in family house or hotel. Eveningwewill take meditation class Either Before or afterDinner.

Day 10: Yoga and Free Visit

7am Yoga, Pranayama and asana practice for 2 hours. Breakfast—9:30am. Free time - after breakfast you will have free time to relax, enjoy the hot springs, schedule a massage or do a little exploring on your own. Kirtan , Dinner Night in family house or hotel.

Note: One can do Canopying or rock climbing as per your own choice for half day.  We will help you to book one day in advance .

Day 11: free Visitand Night Volvo Bus  

Morning Yoga /Breakfast /Free day so far...! (Great day for a massage!!!)

We meet at 2:30 pm for a late lunch at our host family house followed by our closing circle and then you will be transferred to the bus stand for departure to Delhi.

You depart Manali at 5:30pm by Deluxe Volvo Bus and arrive the following morning around 8:00am in Delhi. The bus will provide bottled water and will stop for a late dinner (at approx. 10:00pm). There will also be additional rest stops along the way.

Day 12:Arrive Delhi – Visit Delhi

We will pick you up from the bus and transfer you to the Hotel – you can leave your things at the hotel and take breakfast. You will be able to check into your hotel room at around noon.

In the afternoon there will be free time for sightseeing or shopping- Some of the best are Coral Baugh, Khan Market, Connaught Place and don’t forget the rickshaw ride through Old Delhi...Evening transfer to Airport flight to onward .

About the food:

You will be served vegetarian Indian home style food. As much as possible we use organic dried goods and fresh organic produce. Mostly everyone will eat together at the main guest house. We provide them with quality ingredients and they prepare them in local traditional style dishes. They are requested to go easy on the spices and if you have special requirements please explain to a member of staff on or before arrival.

Some evening meals will be taken in your individual guest house with your host family – this provides a wonderful opportunity to bond with the locals and soak up the culture.
