Practice yoga to join your body, mind and soul together and hike to some beautiful and interesting places in the surrounding area.

Detailed Day-to-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival to Delhi
After your arrival to Delhi, you will be transported to a hotel where you will spend the night.
Day 2: Tour of Delhi & Night Volvo Bus to Manali
After breakfast, you will have time to go sightseeing around Delhi, our nations capital. There are plenty of options to choose from. These include: The Red Fort, the Jama Masjid Mosque, Old Delhi via bicycle rickshaw, a walk in the Lodhi Gardens, shopping at Sarojini Market, and much more!
In the early evening we will drop you off to to take the over-night bus to Manali. We suggest an early dinner/late lunch since you will be transferred from the hotel to the Deluxe Volvo Bus at around 5:00pm. The bus provides bottled water and blankets and they stop for a late dinner (around 9:30 – 10pm). There will also be additional rest stops on the way to Manali. The bus journey takes 12 – 14 hours.
Day 3: Arrival to Manali
Arrive to Manali at around 8:00am. From here you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel or family house 3 kilometers up the road to the town of Vashisht (Elv. 2,000m). You can rest and relax or take your toiletries and towel and head to the local temple to bathe in the deliciously warm natural hot springs – the perfect way to unwind after all of that traveling. Enjoy lunch at the Ram Family house. After lunch, we will have a short orientation. In the evening you will meet your yoga teacher at our yoga shala. Dinner and night in the family house or preferred hotel.
Day 4: Yoga, Meditation, & Short Trek
7 AM Yoga, Pranayama and asana practice for 2 hours. Breakfast—9:30am. After breakfast guided walk to Jogini Falls. These are beautiful waterfalls about an hour along the wall of the valley from Vashisht. These falls descend from high above and run into the Beas River below. Evening we will take meditation class. Dinner and night in family house or hotel.
Day 5: Yoga , Meditation & Temple Visit
7am Yoga, Pranayama and asana practice for 2 hours. Breakfast—9:30am. After breakfast we will visit the village of Goshal , Old Manali and the beautiful Hadimba Temple. Hadimba temple is about one km from Manali – it is very old and surrounded by the tall cedar pine trees on the edge of Dhungri village. According to legends, Bhima one of the Pandava brothers fell in love with an aboriginal woman named Hadimba, the sister of the local chief by the name of Hadimba and married her. In your own time you can take a rickshaw back to Vashisht. Dinner and night in family house or hotel. In the evening we will provide a meditation class.
Day 6: Yoga, Meditation, & explore Vashisht
Yoga will start at 7.30am until 9.30am. Today is a free day, where you can do your shopping and explore the local rooftops. Around the temple there is always something to experience. Ask the guide to take you one more time for a walk. Vashisht has many gardens and beautiful paths to admire. Evening yoga and meditation. Diner will be served at the family house.
Day 7: Yoga, Meditation, & Village Tours
7am Yoga, Pranayama and Asana practice for 2 hours. Breakfast—9:30am. After breakfast you will have the opportunity to visit several villages . We will walk up along the valley to three distinct villages that dot along the Beas River. We will visit the village of Burwa, Shanag and Goshal, stop for tea at a local family house. After Dinner we will take meditation class. Night in our family house or hotel.
Day 8: Trek to Jungle Camp
3.5 Hours. 2,700 Meters. After an early breakfast we drive to Kulang Village -7 kilometers from Vashisht. From Kulang, it takes 4 hours to reach the Jungle Camp. On your arrival to the camp, you are welcomed with a hot lunch. In the evening we will enjoy Pranayama and meditation. Dinner at camp. We will sleep in tents.
Day 9: Trek to Bhrigu Lake or Pandurupa
7-8 Hours. 4,200 Meters. After early breakfast we’ll head to Bhrigu Lake and spend some time by this holy lake. Any person who don’t want to go for long trek can go to Pandurupa which is 3 hrs from camp or can stay relax in the camp. Dinner around the campfire and night in tents.
Day 10: Trek to Vashisht
3 -4 Hours. 2,000 Meters. We will enjoy Yoga at camp and after brunch we make our descent back to Vashisht. This takes about 3- 4 hours. We’ll take breaks along the way. Upon your arrival in Vashisht, you can enjoy the Hot Springs. Dinner and night in our family house or preferred hotel.
Day 11: Yoga & Free Visit
7am Yoga, Pranayama and asana practice for 2 hours. Breakfast—9.30am. Free time – after breakfast you will have free time to relax, enjoy the hot springs, schedule a massage, or do some exploring on your own. In the evening you can enjoy Kirtan: music and dance with the local villagers. Dinner in our family house or hotel.
Day 12: Yoga & Check Out
7am Yoga, Pranayama and Asana practice for 2 hours. Breakfast—9.30am. Farewell and Closing Circle. At 5:00pm you will be transferred to the bus station in Manali to take the Volvo bus back to Delhi. This trip takes about 12-14 hours.
Day 13: Arrival to Delhi & Night Departure to Airport
You will arrive in Delhi around 7am. You will have free-time in the city and access to hotel rooms for day-use only until it is time to depart for the airport for final departures. It will be hard to say goodbye!
- Flights can be arranged from Delhi/Kullu if you do not with to take the Volvo Night Bus
- Trekking is not a requirement. Guests can stay at the homestay/preferred hotel
