Detailed Day-to-Day Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival to Vashisht (Manali)
You arrive in Manali by your own means. We welcome you there and organize your transfer to the family house in Vashisht. You have time to explore your new environment. Afterwards you’ll be introduced your yoga and meditation teacher. Together we will enjoy a fresh made diner prepared by Rhitu & Padma with the family.
Day 2: Yoga & Short trek
Yoga and Pranayama will start from 7am and end at 9am. After a well deserved breakfast, you can spend your day as you please. After breakfast, you have the option of going on a guided trek to Jogini Falls. These beautiful waterfalls are about an hour along the wall of the valley from Vashisht. These falls descend from high above and run into the Beas River below. Evening we will take meditation class. Dinner and night in out family house or preferred hotel.
Day 3: Yoga, Meditation & Temple Visit
7am Yoga, Pranayama and asana practice for 2 hours. Breakfast at 9.30am. After breakfast , visit the village of Goshal , Old Manali and the beautiful Hadimba Temple. Hadimba temple is about one km from Manali – it is very old and surrounded by the tall cedar pine trees on the edge of Dhungri village. According to legends, Bhima, one of the Pandava brothers fell in love with an aboriginal woman named Hadimba—the sister of the local chief by the name of Hadimba, and married her. In your own time you can take an auto- rickshaw back to Vashisht. After dinner we will take a meditation class. Night in our family house or preferred hotel.
Day 4: Yoga, Meditation & Exploring Village Life
7am Yoga, Pranayama and asana practice for 2 hours. Breakfast—9:30am. After breakfast you will have the opportunity to visit several villages . We will walk up along the valley to three distinct villages that dot along the Beas River. We will visit the village of Burwa, Shanag and Goshal, stop for tea at a local family house. After Dinner we will take meditation class. Night in family house or hotel.
Day 5: Yoga, meditation and visit Solang Village-13 Kms
Yoga will start at 7:30am until 9:30am. After breakfast we drive you to Solang Valley, where you can paraglide, ride horse s, or take a short walk around at the top of the Kullu Valley. After this busy day you can relax with yoga and meditation and enjoy a good diner at the family homestay.
Day 6: Yoga, Meditation & Explore Vashisht
Yoga will start at 7:30am until 9:30am. Today is a free day, where you can do your shopping and explore the local rooftops. Around the temple there is always something to experience. Ask the guide to take you one more time for a walk. Vashisht has many gardens and beautiful paths to admire. Evening yoga and meditation. Diner will be served at the family house.
Day 7: Check out
Yoga will start at 7:30 am until 9:30 am. Today after breakfast we check out from the homestay. Transport is provided to Manali, from where you can continue on with your journey. Or perhaps stay another week!

All meals are vegetarian, prepared with fresh and local ingredients by Padema and Ritu. Non-Vegetarian is available upon request.
